TATTOOCYN SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

For Life Factory AB (www.tattoocyn.com)  has a 14 day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any items in your order.

Products must be unopened, returned in their original packaging, accompanied by the packing invoice and/or delivery receipt.

If the entire order is returned under the conditions stipulated above, we will reimburse you for the full amount of your original order. If the entire order is not returned, we will refund you the amount of products returned excluding initial shipping costs.

Your account will be credited upon receipt of your return. You will receive an email to confirm receipt of your package and the processing of your refund.

DAMAGED GOODS

If your package was damaged during shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at shipping@tattoocyn.com. Please have your order number along with your email address ready for fastest service, along with photos of damaged items or packaging, as well as a copy of the packing invoice and delivery receipt included in your package.

EXCHANGE

We regret that www.tattoocyn.com cannot handle exchanges at this time.

GIFT RETURN

We are sorry but www.tattoocyn.com does not accept gift returns – only purchase can make a return.

Follow the onscreen instructions to proceed through the checkout process. Once your order is submitted, a ‘Thank You’ page will confirm your order was received and is currently beeing processed.

SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

We try to make everybody’s life easier so we have flat rates or free shipping for artists or distributors buying large quantities. Our web-shop is open for customers within the European Union and delivery times are 1-3 business days from completed purchase.

SHIPPING TO A THIRD PARTY

We are sorry but we do not accept shipping to third party at this time.

ORDER TRACKING & ORDER HISTORY

After your order is placed, you will be emailed a receipt confirmation. We use Postnord for shipping to consumers and Schenker for shipping to artists, studios and distributors. Post Nord will not provide a tracking number but will notify via sms or email when the shipment has left the terminal. With Schenker, ss soon as your package is assigned a tracking number, you will receive another email with the tracking number linked to the carrier’s website, where you can view delivery status.

Provided you have registret your account at the time of purchase, you can view the status of your order by visiting www.tattoocyn.com/buy and logging in to My Account with your user ID and password. Click on view my order; then, click on the order number you wish to view. The details of your order will come up.
